If you're in the habit of changing ROMs often you have too much time on your hands anyway, so putting cerberus back in shouldn't be an issue, it's really quick. Earlier I requested a backup from within the app and it went into recovery, made the backup took a few minutes 4fxt then booted the phone up again, all automatically.
